For equipment, use the hour meter. Add the driver or operator&#8217;s name and a short note if the purchase is unusual. These details help explain changes in consumption.<\/p>\n<h2>Reconcile monthly<\/h2>\n<p>At the end of each month, total the litres and amounts by vehicle. Compare the totals with the previous month and with the work completed.
